Rogier (Dutch) and Sophie (British) have served with CA for 12 years. They have been part of church planting projects in Amsterdam, Palm Desert (California), The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht. Rogier currently co-leads the European Advancement Team, which is responsible for facilitating CA's work in Europe. The mission is, as Rogier likes to put it, is to ' put more and healthier dots on the map.'

Around CA-events Rogier can usually be found with a camera in his hands. This is because Rogier and Sophie serve as bivocational staff. Sophie is a Doula (Birth-coach) and Rogier works as commercial photographer (www.rogierbos.com) spiltting his time between CA and his business. 'It's not easy to do,' says Rogier, 'but it's wonderful to be able to tell emerging European leaders they don't have to raise full support before they can serve the Lord in church planting - and to be able to model that.'

Rogier and Sophie and their 3 teenage boys (Joshua, Judah and Joel) live in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Rogier has an M.A. in world-evangelization.
