Bio/Description: Rob and Robi live in Spokane, Washington and have been married 30 years.  They have 3 children: Zac – 27, Karli – 25 and Trey – 10.  He has been involved in church planting for most of his adult life, most recently, New Community, a church which has been involved in launching 6 other churches.  Rob holds a doctoral degree with an emphasis in missional church development.  He serves as an adjunct professor at Whitworth University where he teaches on that subject.  His wife, Robi holds a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Gonzaga University and works for Christ Clinic, an inner-city medical clinic in Spokane.

Rob's not very complicated when it comes to ministry – he wants to start churches for people who don't like church; ones that are beautiful expressions of the Kingdom of God, churches that actually understand a missional/incarnational orientation to being.  That is the reason he chose to leave the church he pastored for nearly 20 years to accept the President position with Christian Associates.

A little known fact about Rob is he used to have a sweet afro (pre-baldness) and has a near-addiction-level affection for basketball (the sport commonly known as the sport God invented)
