Loni grew up in Spokane, Washington and moved to California in 2006. She started traveling when she was 16 and developed a dream of living overseas one day. She truly loves people and this has led her to be a part of missions trips all over the world including Venezuela, Romania, and Uganda. In 2005, Loni spent the summer volunteering in Romania and it was then that she felt the call to pursue missions full-time. She had the amazing opportunity to study abroad in Aix-en-Provence, France in 2008-2009. Loving every minute of it she knew that she couldn’t stay away long. After graduating from San Diego State University with a double major in History and French, she quickly joined the staff of CAI and is thrilled to be heading back to Aix to work with international students. Loni loves to read and has a song for every occasion. She has a passion for adventure and loves trying new things, up next on her list are bungee jumping and learning to play guitar.
