Bio/Description: Chris and Nancy live in downtown Los Angles, CA with their two 4-legged children. Yes, right next to the lovely Flower Mart and … the busiest fire station in Southern California. Chris is a born & bred Southern California boy complete with surf board and Nancy came to Southern California in 2000 having been raised as a Third Culture Kid in Bogota, Colombia; Lagos, Nigeria and Bangkok, Thailand and graduating from high school and college in the Washington DC area. Nope. Those are not military postings. Those are State Department postings.

Chris and Nancy were married in 2005 and spent their honeymoon in Florence, Italy where they met Christian Associates through Elizabeth Dyck. When they got back to the states, they attended an Intro Day and spoke to Bethany Labue regarding a short term missions trip to Russia. There was no rhyme or reason to Russia, but while on their honeymoon, God laid orphans on Nancy’s heart and because this particular short-term trip was going to be serving the orphans, she felt God calling her. Off she went and now several years later she has joined the Eastern European team as Ministry Coordinator on a part-time basis.

While Nancy is spending time in Russia, Chris holds down the LA homestead and works as a salesman for a food distribution company in Los Angeles.
