Bio/Description: Bill & Rachel both grew up in Chatham, IL and before France, lived and worked outside Chicago, IL for 15 years. After completing his degrees in Church Planting/Church Growth and Music Composition at Lincoln Christian College & Seminary, Bill helped launch a new church in the north suburbs of Chicago. Then in 1997, Bill joined the staff at Community Christian Church in Naperville, IL. During his 12 years on staff at Community, Bill played the role of Executive Director of Campus Arts Staff and helped launch 11 sites around the Chicagoland area.

Although only friends through high school, Bill and Rachel started dating her senior year at North Central College while she was completing her Elementary Education and Vocal Pedagogy degree. Bill and Rachel were married on August 14, 1998 and now have 2 children, Natalie and Will. In the 11 years she was at Community, Rachel started and directed the School For The Arts. Then after having children, she stepped into a part-time role in children's ministry, helping to create curriculum and execute the weekend large group experience for children.

Natalie will be 7 this summer. She is an artist! She loves to create pictures, paper dolls, poems, dances, songs and stories. And they are usually all about princesses.

William "Will" will be 4 this summer. He is a musician and total sports nut! He loves to play drums and guitar, just like his daddy! He also loves anything you can play with a ball
